What is the first thing your dispatcher checks each morning?
If the answer is a phone, that is the first module.
How do you know a delivery happened?
A call, a photo in a chat, or a record. The three are very different businesses.
Who answers when a customer asks where my shipment is?
And how long does it take them to find out.

Almost everyone has one. It tells me what not to rebuild.
What happens on a day your dispatcher is off?
This is usually the honest one.
Is this worth fixing, or does it just live on WhatsApp forever?
A fair number of operators say forever, and that is a real answer.
